Little Phone Found
The taxi driver came back, and he didn’t seem angry at all; I think his previous out-of-sortness- was just an attempt to be compensated for his efforts, gas, and lost business. I offered him 30,000 Won, which was probably on the generous side of fair, and he took it. (I had a last minute feeling that 35 was probably too much, and in any case things are tight right now.) He then sped off. My phone doesn’t have a record of any calls (except the ones I and Chae Young made to him)–I’m quite relieved!

It sucks that you had to pay for it. Aren’t there people in this world who will do things out of the goodness of their hearts?
