Realizing “The Hero’s Journey” in Seoul, South Korea

This is a test

Note: This post was written by Fred Shannon. Yes Fred, it’s working. I’ve never really liked this particular feature that Wordpress has, but I can’t seem to turn it off. Wordpress does hold all such posts as drafts, though, requiring my permission prior to actually publishing. Ok, Fred, you got me: I suspect you have something highly interesting to say: what is it? All the best, Nathan

  1. EFL Geek:

Fred hasn’t updated his blog in months. Wonder what happened to the guy.

  2. Nathan:

    Hi Sean,

He does have another, which he’s updated somewhat more recently.

Fred, I hope that things are well; do be in touch soon! All the best, Nathan

  3. Fred Shannon:

    Hi Nathan!

    Sorry about that!

Yes, I was a little confused by this feature and decided to test it. That first part, as you sign in, is a little strange.

Not much new here. Fall semester has started and seems to be going well.

I’ve been also collecting data for my dissertation.
Will have to go back to Australia in January during the winter break to start writing up the results. One more semester and then it’s finished. I submit my thesis in June.

The EFL blog is on hold for now, I’m busy with my degree but I hope to continue it. I also got some useful ideas from the CELTA course I did and could discuss on the blog. Like you said, there is still the other non-EFL related photos/posts that I make on the other blog.

    Fred

  4. Nathan:

No worries, Fred! I do hope things are going well for you; that word seems notwithstanding. What’s your dissertation on, by the way? Are you continuing to enjoy life where you are at the moment?

I always wondered what would happen if I tried to post something….now I know you have first refusal.

Long time, Nathan. Hope everything’s okay.

Perhaps you are preparing for your KOTESOL presentation. I have to start checking out the schedule to plan where to go during the conference – I’ll probably sit in on yours – if it sounds interesting enough ;)

  7. Nathan:

Hi Brian & Daeguowl; hope you’re both well!

Brian, we should certainly meet during the weekend at some point!
